Further, since June 2020, Hummingbird Resources has been a member of the World Gold Council (the “WGC”) and signed up to adhere to the Responsible Gold Mining Principles (“RGMPs”). These, along with other leading ESG standards the Company monitors and adheres to, provides leading international ESG principles and protocols the Company maintains and adheres to.
